For over 30 years, I’ve worked with businesses, leaders and teams in fast-paced, high-performing environments.
Throughout my career, what fascinated me most wasn’t process. It was people.
Why some teams communicate brilliantly under pressure while others struggle. Why some leaders create clarity and trust naturally. And why performance becomes easier and more sustainable when people truly understand how to work well together.
That passion ultimately led me to create Auralite HR Consultancy.
Today, I work with C-Suite and Executive teams to help organisations build healthier, more accountable and higher-performing team cultures through leadership development, psychometric insight and practical performance programmes.
